Too the top of their library, those Apple regular and crazy users can pin their favourite songs, albums, artists, or playlists.

Apple has released the 5.0 beta version of ‘Apple Music’ for Android users, where new designs have been added to song lyrics and translations to further enrich the user experience.

However, according to a report by ‘Nine to Five on Google’, this version does not feature the ‘Liquid Glass’ design like iOS 26.

Apple's new visual design, which has been included in the latest version of iOS, is called "Liquid Glass." It is not yet certain whether this design will come to the Android app in the future.

However, some changes from the iOS 26 version have been made to this beta version. For example, the buttons that were previously square and rounded are now large buttons. These new buttons will be visible above the songs in the album, playlist, and queue, according to the report by technology site Engadget.

Users can now pin their favourite songs, albums, artists, or playlists to the library, which is a noteworthy addition to the latest update. As a result, it will be easy to find the content that they want to listen to again and again. If desired, pinned items can be set to automatically download to the device.

Nine to Five Google wrote that pinned content will be synced across both iOS and Android platforms. Onec..e more, simply visit the library and long-press any item to quickly unpin it when the need is over.

Another important addition is the “Lyrics Translation and Pronunciation Guide”. While it runs on the iPhone with the help of Apple Intelligence, this facility will probably run on the Android version with Google’s own AI technology.

With this feature, the user will be able to see live translation and pronunciation instructions while the song is playing, which will be helpful in understanding songs in different languages.

In addition, the app will now allow users to view their monthly and yearly replay statistics, such as how many times they’ve listened to a song, which artist they’ve listened to the most, etc.

However, one major limitation is that the new “Automix” feature introduced for iOS 26 is not yet coming to Android. Automix is an advanced crossfading tool that creates DJ-style transitions between two songs by blending the end of one song with the beginning of another, with drum or bass loops playing in sync. However, Apple has not yet said whether it will come to Android at all.
